Return Policy 

  • Once security tag is removed, no returns will be accepted.   Click here for Security Tag Removal Instructions.
  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase for any returns.
  • Orders shipped within the United States can be returned within 7 days of the date the order was shipped. We DO NOT provide shipping labels for returns.
  • Returns are subject to a $15 return shipping fee and restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and packaging with all tags attached including the red security tag and it must also be returned in ALL the original packaging including but not limited to boxes, bags, pouches, etc. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns of any items that show signs of wear, of being laundered, or do not meet any of the return criteria.
  • For orders shipped outside of the United States, return shipping and reverse duties or other related costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. 
  • Once the item you would like to return is received and inspected, you will be notified if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take several days.
  • If your return is accepted, a refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
  • Refunds can take a number of days or more to appear in your account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.
  • Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.
  • EXCHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTED. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please follow the above return procedures and then re-purchase the different item online.
  • Gift Cards are not returnable.
  • Only regularly priced items may be refunded. 
  • After receiving authorization for your return, you should mail your product to: 2067 Jericho Tpke., Commack, New York 11725, United States. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
